About Derksen Dienstverlening
Derksen Dienstverlening is an internationally
operating company with branches in the Netherlands,
Belgium, Poland, Portugal and Greece. We provide the
following services: outsourcing, temp work, recruitment
and payroll services.

We currently have three branches in the Netherlands.
The head office is located in Westervoort. We also have
a branch in Purmerend and one in Venlo.
Multiple branches to enable us to be closer to our clients
and to respond to regional matters. All our branches

Derksen Dienstverlening currently employs 500
staff. Our staff have at least a lower vocational professional
and educational level. Because of the fact that our
staff have worked in different workplaces, they are
very flexible and are able to quickly grasp the methods
of working. Whatever happens, our staff are ready.
We have Dutch, Polish, German, Portuguese and
Greek employees working for us, partially outsourced
by Derksen, partially employed as temp workers.
Apart from the above-mentioned, other arrangements can
also be discussed, such as in-house and specific forms
of contracting work.
Derksen Dienstverlening is VRO and HAL certified
. Many of our staff have received specific training
and are highly experienced.
Staff employed in the asbestos removal sector
have the necessary qualifications. Managerial staff
in the asbestos removal sector hold the certificate
Professional Asbestos Removal Supervisor (DTA_A) and
a VCA-2 certificate. Asbestos removalists hold, furthermore,
the VCA-1 certificate plus an asbestos removal certificate.
All our staff have passed their medical examinations.
As many of our staff are recruited abroad, we have three
branches in Poland, one branch in Germany, one in Portugal
and one in Greece. At these branches, our own staff
is responsible for the recruitment. In some cases, a
client may want to visit the branch abroad to be involved
in the recruitment of experts.

Outsourcing
Most outsourced staff are employed by us. These staff
can be outsourced to our clients. This usually happens
in case of long-term projects or during peaks.
Temp work
Our branch employees have extensive knowledge of the
local job market and have access to a large database
of temp workers. As a result of this, we are able to
guarantee the availability of flex staff quickly and
efficiently at all times.
Recruitment
Every employer tends to look for qualified
and motivated staff. However, it is difficult to find
and recognize the right people. By using our knowledge
and experience our clients save time, costs and disappointment.
Payroll Services
You would like to recruit your own staff, but you do
not want to be bothered with the administrative hassle?
When we provide payroll services, we are formally the
staff member's employer and are responsible for the
complete salary administration.
